Cut three pieces of cord three meters long each. Tie the canopy bed toppers ends of the cord pieces around a rock ring, equally spaced. Apply a piece of hot glue over areas where the cord meets the rock ring to hold each anchor in place. Allow the glue to dry. Hold pieces of the cord together so that the rock ring hangs. Each part of the cord should be 12 inches long from the rock ring to the place where you join the cord and tie it securely. Cut out excess cord coming from the top of the knot.
Load 8 meters of fabric in any color and fold it in length. Set the rock ring inside the folded tulle and secure the fabric to the bow with clips of metal office. Use scissors to cut a hole in the center of the arc so that you can pull the cord through the tulle. Hot glue faux flowers over metal clips to hide them. Install a screw-in wall hook in the ceiling directly above the canopy bed toppers. If you want to cover the entire bed in the chandeliers, place the hook over the middle of the bed.
